960 West 7th Street is a new, 56-story residential tower representing a new decade and a new century in architecture and expression. The gentle slope of the east wall of the tower provides a graceful line that softens the view of this towering structure. The efficiency of the floor plans, structural system, and unitized curtain wall makes this elegant form work within all parameters of a modern office building and sets the standard for green development in downtown Los Angeles.

The skills and craftsmanship of Southwest Steel are showcased throughout this project which is scheduled to be complete in 2023.
